This LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy PS2 game has my young grandson's full attention. We've had this game for months and still have puzzles to solve even though the kids completed all levels. This is by far the best two player game that I have seen - not a split screen, not a turn taking, nor network, but legitimately two player!!! The very, very best part of this game is that it is a legitimate two player game with drop-in/drop-out capabilities. This game had easy game control (easy enough for both my six year old and my non-gamer first-time use of the controller), but combined it well with good challenges (enough to satisfy the 9 year old family gamer - although, perhaps, a teenager might expect full use of the controller ). The fact that the characters are Lego figures instead of being human emulations really tones down the violence (your kids probably do worse with their own legos or action figures!).
